Volunteer Opportunities

We have roles for every skill set and schedule. No experience required for most positions.

1–2 days/month

Workshop Instructor

Share your expertise by teaching a workshop in your area of skill. We provide the space, tools, and promotion.

Skills needed: Expertise in any craft, trade, or sustainable practice

1 day/month

Repair Volunteer

Help community members fix broken items at our monthly Repair Café. Electronics, sewing, bikes, furniture — all skills welcome.

Skills needed: Any repair skill: electronics, sewing, woodworking, bike mechanics

2–4 hrs/week

Garden Steward

Help maintain our community garden — watering, weeding, harvesting, and supporting plot holders.

Skills needed: Basic gardening interest; training provided

4 hrs/month

Tool Librarian

Check tools in and out, maintain inventory, and help members find what they need.

Skills needed: Organized, friendly, basic tool knowledge helpful

As available

Event Support

Help set up, run, and break down community events, workshops, and fundraisers.

Skills needed: Reliability and enthusiasm

4–8 hrs/month

Administrative Support

Help with communications, grant writing, social media, or bookkeeping.

Skills needed: Writing, admin, or finance skills
